East Indian Pork Roast


Ingredients :

1/2 kg pork
6 black pepper
3 clove
2 cardamom
2 cinnamon
3 kashmiri chilly
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp oil

For marinade :

1 lime
salt to taste
2 tbsp turmeric powder





Method :


Marinade :
  • take 1/2 kg pork and marinade it with lime , turmeric and salt as per taste
  • keep this mix a side for 3 hours

Cooking :
  • Later take a cooker and add 1 tbsp oil to the cooker
  • add the cardamom,cinnamom, clove, black pepper and kashmiri chillies
  • add turmeric powder
  • now add the marinated meat to the cooker and add some water and let it cook for 15minutes
