East Indian Fugiyas



Ingredients :

1 kg maida
2 eggs
1 tsp yeast
salt as per taste
sugar as per taste
2 tbsp butter
water


Method :
  • take maida in a big bowl
  • add eggs to the maida and mix it well
  • add water to the maida to make it smooth and keep kneading the dough till its smooth
  • now heat oil in a deep bottom pan 
  • make small balls of the mix and fry it in the oil till golden brown and remove and keep it a side.
