2 cups Chinese Rice
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 teaspoon chopped celery
1 cup chicken shredded
2 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
- Heat the oil, add the garlic and sauté till it turns golden in colour.
- Add the celery and chicken and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the Schezuan sauce and cook for another minute.
- Add the rice and salt and mix well.
- Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed.
