Ingredients :
1/2 kg bhindi
2 tablespoon besan
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1/2 1 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 1 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoon oil
salt as per taste
Method :
- In a bowl mix besan, chilli powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.
- Wash the bhindis thoroughly and dry it with a dry cloth
- Make slit in the bhindis
- Fill the masala in each of the bhindis
- Add oil to heat in a pan
- Shallow fry the bhindis
