Simple Prawn Chilli Fry





Prawn Chilli Fry is a simple, quick and super tasty sea food recipe. It needs very few ingredients which are always available in your kitchen.


Ingredients :

500 gms. fresh Cleant Prawns
5 Onions chopped
2 potatoes diced
3 Green Chillies sliced
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
A pinch of Black Pepper powder
A pinch of Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsps Oil
1 tbsp fresh Coriander Leaves chopped


Method :

Heat oil in wok on medium flame
add green chillies and the chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent
now add the diced potatoes and let it cook halfway
add the prawns
add Turmeric powder,Red Chilli powder,Coriander powder,Ginger Garlic paste and mix well
now add Black Pepper powder and Garam Masala powder and salt and stir to combine well
add lime juice and garnish your prawn chilli fry with chopped coriander
