Apricots or Khubani fruit are loaded with vitamins A and C. 


These fruits also contain a good amount of dietary fiber, and potassium. The carotenoids present in Apricots or Khubani fruit are responsible for imparting the amazing vibrant colors to the fruit. It contains an antioxidant lycopene which is a type of carotenoid present in apricots. Apricots are loaded with nutrients like carbohydrates, sugar, soluble and insoluble fiber, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids.
