Egg Curry





Ingredients :
 
6 boiled Eggs
1 Onion chopped finely

2 tablespoons Oil
1 Bay Leaf 

1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Seeds Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder
3 Cups Water

To Grind :

 
2 Onions
3 Green Chilli 
1 inch piece Ginger 
3 Clove Garlic 
2 Cloves
1/2 inch pieces Cinnamon 
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds 
3 Tomatoes


Method :

  • Boil the eggs
  • Clean and cut into halves and keep a side
  • Grind all the ingredients mentioned under grind into a thick paste
  • Heat oil in a thick bottom vesel
  • Add bay leaf and cumin seeds
  • Now add the chopped onion and fry till golden
  • Add red chilli powder, Coriander Seeds Powder and Turmeric Powder
  • Add the ground paste and cook for 7 minutes
  • Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil
  • Now add the boiled eggs and mix slowly and cook on medium flame
  • Finally add amchur powder, garam masala and salt and simmer for 2 minutes
